• 服务改进：通过去标识化的统计数据分析使用情况，优化界面与功能。

• 商业沟通：在您同意的前提下，向您发送产品更新、优惠活动信息；您可随时退订。

3. 信息共享与对外传输

• AI 模型服务：您发起的生成任务会将提示词、参考图、菜品图等输入数据传输至我们对接的模型服务商完成推理。

4. 信息存储

5. 您的权利

• 查询与更正：登录账号后可在个人中心查看、编辑账号信息。
• 删除：可在"我的素材"删除单张图片；可发邮件请求删除生成历史。
• 撤回授权：可在第三方平台撤回登录授权；撤回后将无法继续以该方式登录。

TasteView AI (domain: tasteview.ai, "we", "us" or "our") takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information when you use the TasteView AI website and related services (collectively, the "Service"), as well as the rights you have over your personal information. Please read and fully understand this Policy before using the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide directly

• Registration and account information: mobile number, email address, password (stored encrypted), nickname and avatar. When you sign in via a third party, we obtain the openId / unionId, nickname and avatar authorized by that platform.
• Payment information: order amount, subscription type and payment method. Sensitive payment details such as card and bank account numbers are collected and processed directly by third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Lantu, etc.); we do not access or store them.
• User content: the dish photos, reference materials, prompts and generated results you upload, along with your actions on the results (download, save, delete).
• Support communications: information you provide when contacting us by email or through support channels.

1.2 Information we collect automatically

• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device model, access time, pages visited, click behavior and error logs.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember your language/theme preferences and measure usage.

2. How We Use Information

• Providing and maintaining the Service: registration, sign-in, subscription activation, credit deduction, generation task scheduling, results display and other core functions.
• AI inference: transmitting your uploaded images and prompts to the third-party large-model services we integrate with (including but not limited to Volcano Ark, Jimeng, Kling and Stable Diffusion providers) to generate images. We do not use your materials to train our models, and we have required model providers not to use them for training.
• Security and risk control: detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, illegal or non-compliant content and account theft; conducting manual review of suspected violations.
• Service improvement: analyzing de-identified statistics to optimize the interface and features.
• Compliance and legal obligations: cooperating in accordance with laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and valid legal process.
• Commercial communications: with your consent, sending you product updates and promotional information; you may unsubscribe at any time.

3. Sharing and Cross-Border Transfer

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We share necessary information with third parties in the following cases:

• Service providers: Alibaba Cloud OSS (image and file storage), CDN and SMS/email providers, and sign-in services (WeChat Open Platform, QQ Connect, Google, Facebook, Apple).
• Payment institutions: Stripe, PayPal, Lantu, etc. The minimum information required for settlement (order number, amount, currency) is transmitted to the relevant payment channel.
• AI model services: generation tasks you initiate transmit input data such as prompts, reference images and dish photos to the model providers we integrate with for inference.
• Legal requirements: we will disclose information as required by valid laws, regulations, administrative orders or judicial authorities.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition or asset transfer, we will require the recipient to continue to be bound by this Policy and will notify you of any material changes.

Cross-border transfer: some of our infrastructure and model services may be located outside your country or region. When transferring data across borders, we adopt protective measures that comply with applicable local law.

4. Data Storage

• Account and order information: retained until the minimum period required by law after account closure (generally 5 years for electronic contracts / financial records).
• Uploaded materials and generated results: retained long-term by default so you can review your history. You may delete individual images at any time or clear them in bulk under "My Materials". Corresponding data is purged within 30 days after account closure.
• Log data: generally retained for 6 months for security auditing and troubleshooting.

5. Your Rights

• Access and correction: after signing in you can view and edit your account information in the user center.
• Deletion: you can delete individual images in "My Materials"; you can email us to request deletion of your generation history.
• Withdrawing authorization: you can withdraw sign-in authorization on the third-party platform; afterwards you can no longer sign in that way.
• Account closure: email daiyu@tasteviewai.com to request closure; we will process it within 7 business days after verifying your identity.
• Complaints: you may contact us regarding personal information protection; if you believe our handling violates applicable law, you have the right to complain to the relevant regulator.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language preference and measure usage. You can clear or refuse cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your use of some features.

7. Minors

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly provide services to minors or intentionally collect minors' personal information. If you are a guardian and discover that a child has registered without your consent, please contact us to delete the relevant information.

8. Information Security

We adopt industry-standard security measures: transport encryption (HTTPS), hashed password storage, signed OSS access, least-privilege access control and operation auditing.
