2. 账号注册与使用

• 您可通过手机号验证码、微信一键登录等方式注册并登录账号。您应保证注册时提供的信息真实、准确、完整。
• 您应妥善保管账号及登录凭证，因您保管不善导致的损失由您自行承担。账号下的所有操作均视为您本人行为。
• 本服务面向 18 周岁以上、具有完全民事行为能力的用户。若您为未成年人，请在监护人陪同并同意下使用。
• 如发现账号被他人未经授权使用或存在安全漏洞，请立即通知我们。

3. 用户内容与授权

• 您对自己上传的菜品图片、参考素材、提示词等内容（统称"用户内容"）拥有合法权利，并保证其不侵犯任何第三方的知识产权、肖像权、商业秘密等合法权益。
• 您授予我们为提供本服务所必需的范围内使用用户内容的权利，包括存储、传输至第三方模型服务商用于本次生成推理等。我们不会将您的素材用于训练模型，并已要求模型服务商不得用于训练。

4. 用户行为规范

您承诺不利用本服务从事任何违反法律法规、公序良俗或损害他人合法权益的行为，包括但不限于：

• 上传或生成含有违法、色情、暴力、恐怖、赌博、侵权、虚假或误导性内容的素材；
• 侵犯他人知识产权、肖像权、名誉权、隐私权等合法权益；
• 以任何方式干扰、破坏本服务的正常运行，或试图非法获取、爬取平台数据；
• 利用本服务从事欺诈、传销、洗钱或其他违法犯罪活动。

对于违规内容与账号，我们有权进行人工复核，并视情节采取警示、删除内容、限制或封禁账号、报送监管机关等措施。

5. 付费、订阅与积分

• 支付卡号等敏感支付信息由 Stripe、PayPal、联拓富等第三方支付机构直接处理，我们不接触或存储。

Welcome to TasteView AI (domain: tasteview.ai, the "Service", "we" or "us"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the TasteView AI operations team regarding your registration for, sign-in to and use of the Service. Before using the Service, please read and fully understand these Terms in their entirety, especially the clauses that exclude or limit liability. By checking the consent box, registering an account or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy in full.

1. Services

The Service is an AI food image/video creation tool designed for food and beverage professionals. After you upload dish photos or materials and select a style template, we generate content such as studio-grade menu images, delivery visuals, social media promotional images and creative videos through the third-party large models we integrate with. We reserve the right to adjust, upgrade, suspend or terminate some or all of the Service's features at any time as required by our operations.

2. Account Registration and Use

• You may register and sign in via mobile verification code, WeChat one-tap login and other methods. You must ensure that the information you provide at registration is true, accurate and complete.
• You must safeguard your account and login credentials; any loss caused by your failure to do so is borne by you. All actions taken under your account are deemed to be your own.
• The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over who have full civil capacity. If you are a minor, please use the Service with the accompaniment and consent of your guardian.
• If you discover that your account has been used by others without authorization or that a security vulnerability exists, please notify us immediately.

3. User Content and Licensing

• You hold lawful rights to the dish photos, reference materials, prompts and other content you upload (collectively, "User Content"), and you warrant that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, portrait rights, trade secrets or other lawful rights.
• You grant us the right to use User Content within the scope necessary to provide the Service, including storing it and transmitting it to third-party model providers for the current generation inference. We do not use your materials to train models, and we have required model providers not to use them for training.
• The ownership of rights in and the commercial-use scope of generated results are governed by the licensing terms of the plan you have purchased.

4. Code of Conduct

You undertake not to use the Service to engage in any conduct that violates laws and regulations, public order and good morals, or that harms the lawful rights of others, including but not limited to:

• uploading or generating materials that contain illegal, pornographic, violent, terroristic, gambling-related, infringing, false or misleading content;
• infringing others' intellectual property, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights or other lawful rights;
• interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Service in any way, or attempting to unlawfully obtain or scrape platform data;
• using the Service for fraud, pyramid schemes, money laundering or other illegal or criminal activities.

For content and accounts in violation, we reserve the right to conduct manual review and, depending on the severity, to take measures such as issuing warnings, deleting content, restricting or banning accounts and reporting to regulatory authorities.

5. Payment, Subscriptions and Credits

• Some features require purchasing a plan or consuming credits. Specific prices, credit rules and plan benefits are subject to the display on the order page.
• Sensitive payment details such as card numbers are processed directly by third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Lantu, etc.); we do not access or store them.
• Refund matters are governed by our published Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the software, interfaces, trademarks, icons, copy, templates and other materials contained in the Service (excluding User Content) belongs to us or the respective rights holders. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute or use them for any commercial purpose.

7. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is". Due to the nature of AI technology, generated results may be inaccurate or fail to meet expectations, and constitute no warranty of any kind.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party service outages, your own improper operation and similar reasons.
• You bear sole responsibility for any disputes and liabilities arising from your publication or commercial use of content generated through the Service.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced prominently on the website, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service. You may apply to close your account at any time to terminate these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
